Инструкция по установке:
- Скачайте этот пакет и запустите OpenIV;
- Зайдите в папку по адресу C:/Program Files(x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV audio/Sfx/LOADING.rpf и замените файлы STARTING_TUNE и LOADING_TUNE;
- Зайдите в папку по адресу C:/Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV pc/textures и замените файлы loadingscreens.wtd и select_menu.wtd.

It looks that i'm the first to post a new intro and loading music..
the song are from Grand Theft Auto V
i modificate them and implement in
in gta 4.
the wallpaper from loading, character and menu style
are made with photoshop cs6
i hope you people like it ^_^.
in this mode you have.
:New intro Music and Picture.
:New LoadingScree Music and Picture.
:New Menu style.

Install:
1 Ok run OpenIV go to C:/Program Files
(x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
audio/Sfx/LOADING.rpf
and replace the file( STARTING_TUNE and LOADING_TUNE )
with the 2 i made.(rebuil)
2 Ok now open again OpenIV go to C:/Program Files
(x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
pc/textures
and replace the file(loadingscreens.wtd and select_menu.wtd)
with the 2 i made.(rebuil)
you're done
3 open the game and have fun
